Instruction for Kneading - This flour is made with 100% raw banana and is not mixed with anything else, to make a soft dough it needs to be mixed in a proportion of 70 % Raw Banana Flour 30% of any flour of your choice like -( Almond Flour / Emmer Wheat / Cassava Flour/ Buckhwheat Flour / Sorghum (Jowar) Flour / Amaranth Flour) to make a soft moist dough owing to no binding factor in Raw Banana Flour. After mixing the flour, knead the flour in hot water and add a pinch of salt to make a soft moist dough. Let it stand for 10 minutes covered
